Happy Full Moon (Lunar Eclipse) in Sagittarius! Seek and Ye Shall Find!
On Saturday, May 25th, at 6:24 AM EDT, there will be an opposition between the
Sun in Gemini and the Moon in Sagittarius, causing a Full Moon. (and a
partial Lunar Eclipse.)
This week's Full Moon is in the sign of Sagittarius, which is a
Mutable, Yang, Fire Sign.
Sagittarius - Half Man / Half Horse
In the body, Sagittarius rules the thighs.
Sagittarius is the Astrological Sign associated with the phrase "I Seek."
I believe we are all seekers. We are all evolving souls seeking to know who we truly are.

Happy New Moon In Taurus! Security Is The Name Of The Game
Happy New Moon in Taurus! A new moon happens when the Sun and Moon come together at the same
time in the same sign --- this time in the sign of Taurus.
It takes place on Thursday, May 9th, at approximately 8:28 PM EST.
There will also be a Solar Eclipse, but we won't see this in the Northern Hemisphere.
New Moons are a time of New Beginnings in the area of life ruled by the sign it falls under.
Taurus is a Fixed, Feminine, Yin, Earth Sign.
In the body, it is related to the Throat.
Taurus statement is "I HAVE" -- or "I POSSESS"
Taurus is ruled by Venus, and it generally relates to our money and possessions, but
it is also about our Values, and where we derive our Security from.
So the question is, "Are You Secure In Your Self?"
When you truly appreciate and show gratitude for what you HAVE,
then Life is more peaceful, and one feels like the
peaceful little bull shown above.
The Buddha was also a Taurus,
And he went in search of peace and
gave up everything.

Then he went to the opposite extreme --
and almost died while starving his body!
Finally, when he achieved enlightenment,
he realized that God is in everything,
and that it is ATTACHMENT to things that causes suffering.
Some people think that security and happiness would come
from standing on a pile of money.
But true happiness comes from within!
So, enjoy the peaceful beauty and abundance that is overflowing in Nature.
That is my favorite experience of Taurus -- the beauty of Spring flowers, etc.

And, as my Spiritual Teacher, Baba, who was also a Taurus, always said,
"God Dwells Within You AS YOU!"

Ahhhh - the Full Moon is so mesmerizing, isn't she?
This Full Moon is in Scorpio, the sign exactly opposite the Sun in Taurus.
Scorpio is a Fixed, Yin, Water Sign.
In the Body, Scorpio is related to the Sex Organs, and the Rectum,
relating to Procreation and Elimination!
Scorpio's Statement is "I Desire" - so this would be a great time to
examine your desires, and make a wish!
The Full Moon in Scorpio can be Intense!
Taurus' statement is "I Have" and is about personal values and possessions.
Scorpio relates to financial windfalls.
Scorpio is about OTHER people's money -
Banks, Mortgage companies, Financial institutions, Wall Street, Taxes,
Inheritances, AND the Lottery!

Happy New Moon (plus 5 planets) in ARIES! Yikes, it's Hot!
New Moons are great for new beginnings.
The Sun and Moon came together this week
to create a New Moon in the sign of Aries,
on Wednesday, April 10th, at 5:35 AM EST.
This connection coincides with Venus, Mars, Uranus, (and Mercury later this week)
which will bring the total to 6 planets in Aries this week! Yikes, that is Hot!
Aries is a Cardinal, Yang, Positive FIRE sign.
And since FIRE signs usually make us feel more assertive, outgoing
and spin around in our heads, this will be a challenging time to find
rest, to sleep, and to be with others.
So, Chill out in some nature - especially near some bodies of water!
Aries Statement is "I AM!"
Right now, with all these planets in Aries,
there is a lot of energy in the universe focusing on
SELF - awareness.
This may manifest in some people as
higher levels of impatience, and a feeling that life is
"My Way or the Highway."
However, the more evolved people will feel that
this is a time of being more connected
to the ONE true Source --
They may feel a resonance with everyone
inside, repeating the great truth - "I AM WHO I AM."
Or, as Popeye use to say, "I YAM WHAT I YAM."

So, during this time, relax your face and head and jaw --
be careful not to run around with your head down -
the Aries part of you. It might get bumped.

Yes, another Full Moon!
This Time, we have a Full Moon in Libra at 5:28 AM EDT,
when the Sun in Aries will be exactly opposite the Moon in Libra,
creating one of the prettiest Full Moons of the year.
It is called the Pink Moon, probably due to the appearance of Pink Moss, one of the first flowers to appear in Spring. We see them all over my area of TN and they are truly Spectacular!

So, this Full Moon is in Libra,
the sign of Marriage and Partnership and is ruled by the Planet Venus.

Happy New Moon in Pisces! Water, Water Everywhere!
On Monday, March 11th, at 3:51 PM EST, the Moon and the Sun will come together for a New Moon in the sign of Pisces.
For the first time in a long time, we actually will have 6 planets in Pisces for one day -
The Sun, Moon, Mercury (which is still Retrograde), Venus, Mars, and Neptune!
Later on Monday, Mars goes ahead into Aries, which will shift the 6 planet collection in Pisces out of that Spaced out feeling. And of course, on Tuesday, then the Moon moves into Aries as well.
Pisces Statement is "I Believe".
Pisces is a Feminine, YIN, Water Sign that is associated with the Ocean,
whether it is the Ocean of Emotion,
or the Ocean of Consciousness.
Pisces is represented by two fish going in opposite directions.
One is swimming upstream, one is swimming downstream.
Below is the Glyph for Pisces. It looks like two mirrors being held together by a string.
Sometimes, it can feel like we are being split in two by our emotions.
At this time of year,
I hear a great "AAAAAAhhhh" in the Universe,
like we are all taking a collective deep breath,
and releasing it like a huge sigh.
This could be a sigh of relief,
or with the Retrograde Mercury causing a lot of
confusion, traffic jams, and mix-ups,
it could be a sigh of fear -
"AAGGGGHHH! - I can't take it anymore!"
So, Take a deep breath and let it out.... Let Go and Let God!
Pisces is a Yin, Feminine, Mutable, Water Sign and rules the Oceans -
it can sometimes bring up Oceans of Emotions.
It's statement is "I Believe" and it is connected with Spiritual Groups,
Ashrams, Retreats, and Monasteries.
In the Body, Pisces rules the Feet and the Blood, the Ocean in our Bodies.
Being the final sign of the Zodiac,
and ruling the 12th house of the subconscious mind, and dreams,
Pisces represents the end of the Sun's yearly cycle through the signs.
This is a time of going inside, just before the burst of new life
in the sign of Aries, which starts the Spring,
and the cycle of life starts all over again.
This is a great time to get in touch with the SILENCE -- to truly
"BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD."
Being a mutable sign, Pisces has no boundaries,
so you can either lose yourself in God, or lose yourself in
some kind of addiction, such as Alcohol and Drugs.
Be careful with what you put into your blood at this time.
Also on Sunday, March 10th just before the New Moon,
is also the celebration of MAHASHIVARATRI,
the "Night of Shiva" --
a sacred time honoring SHIVA.
He is often seen with a tiny, crescent waxing or waning moon in his hair.
Shiva Nataraj, The Lord of the Dance
Shiva Nataraj (Dancing Shiva) expresses the 5 powers of God:
Creation, Sustenance, Dissolution, Concealment and Grace.
Every thought we have, every manifestation of life
goes through this cycle:
It is created, sustained, dissolved, then hidden,
and finally re-emerges as the Grace of enlightenment.
I have been using the OM NAMAH SHIVAYA mantra for many years.
OM NA-MAH SHI-VA-YA - is Sanskrit for "I Honor The Divinity Within All"
It is called the great 5 syllable mantra - OM plus NA MA SHI VA YA
Here is what Om Namah Shivaya looks like in Sanskrit :
This Mantra is amazing - It encompasses all the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space (Ethers).
OM = The Universal Sound which all sounds emanate from.
NA = Earth
MAH = Water
SHI = Fire
VA = Air
YA = Space - the Ethers
This Mantra truly helps still the Mind.
So, with so many planets in Pisces -
this is a great time for meditation!
The Sign of Pisces relates to Oceans,
whether they be the Oceans of the Earth,
or the Ocean of Consciousness, or GOD.
So, this is a great time to connect with the GOD of your understanding.
The next two weeks will be great for MEDITATION and doing VISION WORK.
Being in Nature helps you to connect deeply with your Inner Self.
Pisces is connected with the subconscious mind, the Dream World,
Visions, Intuition, and Spiritual Communities such as Monasteries and Ashrams.
Pisces also has to do with imagination. Pisces and the 12th House
are also related to our Deepest Fears,
Addictions, Illusions and Deceptions of Human Consciousness.
Pisces and the 12th House ALSO reveals the Cures for these Dis-Eases -
Through 12-Step programs, Therapy and Alcohol and Drug Treatment Centers.
If you cannot get to a waterfall, a lake, or the ocean, then take a hot bath, drink hot tea,
and lose yourself in a good movie. Pisces also relates to losing one's EGO self.
Clear out some clutter and do some Spring Cleaning!
Do rituals that bring you joy - Chant, Burn Incense, Meditate.

Pisces is a Yin, Feminine, Mutable, Water Sign and rules the Oceans -

and finally re-emerges as the Grace of enlightenment.
I have been using the OM NAMAH SHIVAYA mantra for many years.
OM NA-MAH SHI-VA-YA - is Sanskrit for "I Honor The Divinity Within All"
It is called the great 5 syllable mantra - OM plus NA MA SHI VA YA
Here is what Om Namah Shivaya looks like in Sanskrit :
This Mantra is amazing - It encompasses all the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space (Ethers).
OM = The Universal Sound which all sounds emanate from.
NA = Earth
MAH = Water
SHI = Fire
VA = Air
YA = Space - the Ethers
This Mantra truly helps still the Mind.
So, with so many planets in Pisces -
this is a great time for meditation!
The Sign of Pisces relates to Oceans,
whether they be the Oceans of the Earth,
or the Ocean of Consciousness, or GOD.
So, this is a great time to connect with the GOD of your understanding.
The next two weeks will be great for MEDITATION and doing VISION WORK.
Being in Nature helps you to connect deeply with your Inner Self.
Pisces is connected with the subconscious mind, the Dream World,
Visions, Intuition, and Spiritual Communities such as Monasteries and Ashrams.
Pisces also has to do with imagination. Pisces and the 12th House
are also related to our Deepest Fears,
Addictions, Illusions and Deceptions of Human Consciousness.
Pisces and the 12th House ALSO reveals the Cures for these Dis-Eases -
Through 12-Step programs, Therapy and Alcohol and Drug Treatment Centers.
If you cannot get to a waterfall, a lake, or the ocean, then take a hot bath, drink hot tea,

Happy Full Moon In Virgo! Oh, And Mercury Retrograde...Again!
This Monday, February 25th, 2013, at 3:26 PM EST,
a Full Moon will take place in the Sign of Virgo,
which is 180 degreee opposite of the Sun in Pisces.
Since the Moon rules the tides of the earth,
the fluids of our body, the breasts, the stomach,
and our emotional natures,
this Full Moon might FEEL very big,
but since it is in the Mutable, Earth, Feminine,
YIN sign of Virgo, these feelings might be internalized.
Virgo's Statement is "I Analyze," so be careful
not to be too analytical and self critical during this time.

Happy New Moon in Aquarius - And Happy Chinese New Year!
Early on Sunday Morning, February 10th, at 2:20 EST,
the Sun and Moon came together at the same degree
in the sign of Aquarius, thus forming a New Moon.
New Moons are good for New Beginnings in whatever sign they fall in.
Aquarius rules groups of people and utopian societies,
so this is a time to connect with positive people of like minds.

so I had to put off writing my blog yesterday.
I spent hours on Friday doing a "deep clean" of my computer,
doing sweep after sweep of various anti-virus,
anti-spy, and malware programs,
-- using Avast Anti Virus, Malware Bytes,
Super Spy Sweeper, and CCleaner -
which are all free downloads.
My computer is all cleaned up now - WHEW!
So, on another dramatic note,

Happy Full Moon In Cancer! Mother / Father / GOD!
Today, Friday, December 28th, 2012,
at approximately 6:21 AM EST, the Full Moon was in the sign of Cancer,

We needed Mom and Dad to get here - Get it?
Next, depending on what your original Home life was like,
your Mom and Dad gave you the values, ideas,
imprints, and downloads which then fed you spiritually.
Simply put, your relationship with your Mother and Father
lead to your belief in, and ultimately,
your relationship with -- GOD.
Just think of all the millions of Christians, Muslim, and Jews
who are so fundamentally wired, programmed and conditioned
with very fixed forms of who they believe GOD is.
They got this from their Mother and Father, right?
And while these millions of people make up
the belief systems of the three main religions,
their followers are constantly at war
over who has the Right Religion!
--- Sort of sounds like a typical family feud, right?
And, very rarely do we see God as our own Self.
Yet, God is the very essence of who we are.
We always think God is somewhere Outside,
in the Sky or in some Human Form.
What if, for a moment,
you could see that your own very consciousness,
the very light of your BE-ing,
is truly the essence of GOD?
All you have to do is BE your own wonderful Light filled Self.
As the Joni Mitchell song "Woodstock" used to say:
"We are Stardust,
We are Golden,
And We've Got To Get Ourselves

Sign of Capricorn
Capricorn is known as the Father of our natal chart, and rules
Business, Career, Authority Figures, and Government,
as well as Buildings, Borders and Boundaries.
In the Body, Capricorn is related to the Knees, Bones,
Teeth and Skin - the Structure as well as the Boundaries of the Body.
Capricorn is a Yin, Cardinal, Earth Sign related to Mountains.
Capricorn's Statement is "I Build".
So, this Full Moon falls into what is called the "Mother / Father Axis".
The question that will come up during this time is:
"Are you still stuck in the Past with issues around Mom and Pop?"
This Full Moon is the time to clear it out, let it go, forgive and move on.
We related to our mother and father as our original image of God,
since they were truly our original Higher Power, upon whom
we depended completely for our survival,
when we first arrived on this planet.
AND, we certainly needed our Mother and Father
to get us here, into these physical bodies in the first place!
So, you can at least be grateful to them for that!
We needed Mom and Dad to get here - Get it?
Next, depending on what your original Home life was like,
your Mom and Dad gave you the values, ideas,
imprints, and downloads which then fed you spiritually.
Simply put, your relationship with your Mother and Father
lead to your belief in, and ultimately,
your relationship with -- GOD.
Just think of all the millions of Christians, Muslim, and Jews
who are so fundamentally wired, programmed and conditioned
with very fixed forms of who they believe GOD is.
They got this from their Mother and Father, right?
And while these millions of people make up
the belief systems of the three main religions,
their followers are constantly at war
over who has the Right Religion!
--- Sort of sounds like a typical family feud, right?
And, very rarely do we see God as our own Self.
Yet, God is the very essence of who we are.
We always think God is somewhere Outside,
in the Sky or in some Human Form.
What if, for a moment,
you could see that your own very consciousness,
the very light of your BE-ing,
is truly the essence of GOD?
All you have to do is BE your own wonderful Light filled Self.
As the Joni Mitchell song "Woodstock" used to say:
"We are Stardust,
We are Golden,
And We've Got To Get Ourselves
Back to the Garden."

This Full Moon is also a good time to feel connected to the Divine Mother aspect
of Cancer, loving us again as depicted below.
During this time, especially, we need to send our Mother Earth lots of love!
