Full Moon in Capricorn - Whoa There, Big Daddy!

So here we are again - Another Full Moon!

On Saturday June 26, around 5:30 AM EDT, we will have a Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse.  Always a fantastic combination.

BUT THIS ONE ought to be a doozy!

Remember that during a Lunar Eclipse, the Earth (that includes us humans) is between the Sun and Moon, causing a shadow on the Moon (Our Emotions).   So we may be more in our heads than relying on our gut level instincts - Symbolic, eh?

This Full Moon is in the sign of Capricorn.

Capricorn represents the Divine Father, the disciplinarian, the boss, and rules governments, corporations and the military.
Capricorn is ruled by Saturn.

The Divine Father

Now, whenever we have a Full Moon, it is in the sign OPPOSITE of where the Sun is.

The Sun is currently in the sign of Cancer.

Cancer represents the Divine Mother, home, nourishment, our emotions, and is connected in the body with the stomach and the breasts   Cancer is Ruled by the Moon.

So this Full Moon is falling on what we call the Father / Mother Axis.

All Full Moons are big, dramatic and intense -- just ask any policeman or someone who works in an Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center  (like me) and you can see how people's emotions get REALLY BIG!

And, since the South Node (which acts like a Bottomless Pit) is in Cancer - things could get VERY EMOTIONAL for alot of people, and yet that darned ECLIPSE is blocking those emotions - hence, a pressure cooker effect.

Oh, yeah, and Pluto?  (You know, the God of Death and Transformation?) is in the sign of Capricorn, so this could mean big events for Governments, Corporations and the Military.  Oh, wait a minute - that already DID happen this week!

So, did you know that General Stanley McChrystal (born August 14, 1954) is a LEO?
And that President Barack Obama (born August 4, 1961) is also a LEO?

Well, you certainly can't have two LEOS in charge.   The President made that clear.
But, when General McChrystal stepped down this week, I had visions of the movie "Seven Days In May."  Heck, General McChrystal even LOOKS a little like Burt Lancaster!  Check it out on www.IMDB.com  Seven Days in May  And, thanks to my wonderful Astrologer friend, Dr Loretta Standley for sharing General McChrystal's chart with me!

So, this struggle between two powerful people is an example of the intensity happening between Pluto in Capricorn (Governments and Military) and Uranus in Aries (the God of War) right now.   There is definitely some kind of drama building up on the world stage.
("I Build" is Capricorn's Statement)

And Capricorn rules Time, so if you feel impatient, or overwhelmed or tired, take it easy!

And on a happier note.  Cancer and Capricorn happen to be The Clown (Cancer) and the Dry Witted Comedian (Capricorn).

Many Comedians receive their inspiration from their emotions and their relationships with their parents and the past, especially the home (Cancer).

So, when things get REALLY intense, Just Remain Calm, Breathe, Take a Hot Bath, Forgive Your Parents, Forgive Yourself, and remember to laugh at the irony of life!

Remember - There are NO BIG DEALS.  It's all part of the evolution of humanity.

And More Will Be Revealed.

Blessings,
