Yes, Darlin', you guessed it!

It's that time again - MERCURY RETROGRADE! 



Sometimes, I think he looks like a devil with a blue dress on! 

I think the Symbol for Mercury always looks like a guy with horns on his head - 
but it may be a satellite dish he wears, to receive messages from God. 

The Rx (Retrograde) looks like a drug sign - perhaps because many people need tranquilizers during this time!

So, Buckle up your seat belts for a wild ride for the next 3 weeks - AAAGGGG!  Head for the Hills! 
(Oh wait -- I already live in the hills!) 

And --- if the MERCURY STORM this past week is any indication - then this Mercury Retrograde is going to be a doozy!
I've already had car problems, computer problems, communication problems, and me and everyone I know is getting a summer cold - yuck.

So he is the one in charge of Communication, Short Trips, Breathing, Mental Activity, Studying, Grade School through High School, Computers, Cell Phones, Cars, Bikes, Birds, Butterflies, and restless movement in general!





Whole lotta shakin' goin' on...

The planet Mercury started to slow down --
(well, actually the Earth is passing it in the sky,
so it just APPEARS to be slowing down and going backwards)
-- about a week ago Friday.  

Usually, for one week before and after the actual Mercury Retrograde is called the "MERCURY STORM".

AND YES, IT FEELS JUST LIKE THE PICTURE BELOW - HEY, WHY AM I SHOUTING?  BECAUSE MERCURY RULES THE EARS (IN THE SIGN OF VIRGO, WHICH THIS MERCURY RETROGRADE TAKES PLACE IN) AND IT IS VERY HARD TO HEAR!



This Tornado is an example of what I think happens in the mind during Mercury Retrograde.

And already, my home town of Nashville TN is having some flooding AGAIN. 

During the last Mercury Retrograde in May, Nashville was stopped dead in it's tracks and totally overwhelmed by floods.

So try calming your mind during this time.



        SANSKRIT FOR ANCIENT MANTRA "OM  NAMAH SHIVAYA"

Try using this mantra "OM Na Mah Shi Va Ya"
whenever you are flooded with emotions, thoughts, feelings like you are going insane.

Seriously!

Also, I believe that Mercury Retrogrades are GOD's way of  SLOWING US DOWN.  That's why they take place 3 - 4 times a year.

This is a GREAT time to Re-view, Re-Flect, Re-Charge, Re-Connect (usually Merc Retro brings back people we haven't seen in a while), Re-lease, and Re-turn.
