Happy Full Moon In Cancer! Oh, Mama Mia!

Happy New Year!  Have you gotten your copy of the Daily Planetary Guide for 2012 yet?

This is a great way to keep up with the cycles of the Moon, and prepare for
Mercury Retrogrades.  Just click on the Amazon link to the left of this blog.

This week, we are expanding towards a FULL MOON,
which is when the Moon will be in Cancer,
and will be exactly opposite the Sun in Capricorn.

This will take place on Monday, January 9th,
at 2:30 AM EST.

Cancer is a Feminine, YIN, Cardinal, Water Sign,
and is related to HOME and MOTHER,
and our EMOTIONAL NATURE.

It's statement is "I Feel".
In the body, Cancer relates to the Stomach and The Breasts.

And, since Cancer is related to the Home, most people will be
wanting to hunker down in their warm homes and stay put
because it has been really cold in the northern hemisphere!

I have been watching lots of good DVDs, and I highly
recommend seeing "The Help" and
PBS Masterpiece Theatre "Downton Abbey"  --
my favorites over the holidays.

Both have very "Cancerian" themes of Home, Loyalty, Nurturing, and Family.

This is a good time to be around clear water - so, take a hot bath!

This is also a good time to feel the Divine Mother
loving us again as depicted below.

During this time, especially, we need to send our Mother Earth lots of love!

My song for this week is from
my album, "Travelin' Light" and is
called "She Wants to Be Seen."   (Track #7)
